Every surface in the room, not only the easy walls.
A repaint is judged at the edges: the cut line at the ceiling, the trim, the inside of the closet. We quote the whole room so nothing is left looking older than the rest.
Walls and ceilings
Patched, sanded and primed where needed, then two finish coats rolled wet edge to wet edge.
Trim, doors and windows
Caulked, sanded and finished in a hard-wearing enamel that wipes clean.
Wood and vaulted ceilings
Tongue-and-groove, beams and tall great rooms, with the staging to reach them safely.
Cabinet painting
Doors and drawers removed, degreased, sanded, primed and sprayed for a smooth finish.
Drywall repair
Nail pops, cracks, water stains and old anchor holes fixed before any color goes on.
Protection and cleanup
Floors and furniture covered, hardware removed and refitted, rooms left ready to use.

We walk the rooms with you, note the repairs and agree colors and sheens. You get a written price.
Cover, mask, repair
Furniture moved and covered, floors protected, then patching, sanding, caulking and priming.
Cut in and roll
Ceilings first, then walls, then trim and doors. Two finish coats throughout.
Walk it with you
We check every room together in daylight and do the touch-ups before we pack up.

Do I need to move my furniture?
No. We move and cover the large pieces. We only ask that you clear small and breakable items before we arrive.
How long does a room take?
It depends on the repairs and the amount of trim. We give you a schedule with the estimate so you know which rooms are out of use and when.
Can you paint over stained wood trim or paneling?
Yes. It needs cleaning, sanding and a bonding, stain-blocking primer first. Skipping those steps is why painted wood often peels or yellows.
Can you work in an occupied rental between guests?
Yes. Tell us your booking calendar and we will plan the work around it where the job size allows.
